Wichita, KS -- On Friday, July 24th, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit appointed Honorable Mitchell L. Herren to the bankruptcy bench for the District of Kansas.
Judge Herren was previously with the Hinkle Law Firm in Wichita, Kansas where he specialized in commercial and complex litigation. He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri at Kansas City Law School.
Effective June 15, 2020 and until further notice, counsel and parties who wish to file documents or submit paper copies in person are strongly encouraged to use the Clerk’s Office drop box located just inside the front door of the courthouse. Procedures for using the Clerk's Office drop box are attached below.
