Please note only oral arguments that take place at the Byron White Courthouse are live streamed; arguments that occur at law schools, other courthouses, etc. cannot be live streamed. Oral argument recordings of those arguments are posted to our website as soon as they are available.

The streams are only available on the day of the session, but the audio recordings are posted at the end of the day to this site.
