Your Employee Rights and How to Report Wrongful Conduct

The federal Judiciary is committed to a workplace free from discrimination, sexual or other discriminatory harassment, and abusive conduct. It is also committed to ensuring that every employee has clear avenues to obtain confidential advice, report misconduct, and seek and receive remedial action. The Tenth Circuit Director of Workplace Relations, Jill Langley, provides confidential, impartial advice and guidance on workplace conduct matters to judiciary employees, managers, and judges throughout the Tenth Circuit. She serves as the primary expert in how to address and resolve wrongful workplace conduct and in the employment rights and options for resolution under Tenth Circuit courts’ Employment Dispute Resolution (EDR) Plans. All employees in the Tenth Circuit can contact Jill for confidential advice on a workplace conduct concern.
