Your Employee Rights and How to Report Wrongful Conduct

The federal Judiciary is committed to a workplace free from discrimination, sexual or other discriminatory harassment, and abusive conduct. It is also committed to ensuring every employee has clear avenues to obtain confidential advice, report misconduct, and seek and receive remedial action. The Tenth Circuit Director of Workplace Relations (DWR) provides confidential, impartial advice and guidance on workplace conduct matters to judiciary employees, managers, and judges throughout the Tenth Circuit. The DWR serves as the primary expert in addressing and resolving wrongful conduct in the workplace and advising on employment rights and options for resolution under Tenth Circuit courts’ Employment Dispute Resolution (EDR) Plans. All Tenth Circuit employees may contact the DWR for confidential advice on a workplace conduct concern.
