The 10th Circuit Clerk's Office will close at 3:00 pm MDT on July 22, 2026. The drop box in the vestibule of the courthouse will remain available for filings, as will CM/ECF for all routine filings. Please note, notice of emergency filings on the afternoon of the July 22nd must be sent to Clerk@ca10.uscourts.gov and counsel should call (303) 335-2824 to ensure prompt processing.
