The 10th Circuit Court of Appeals will upgrade its CM/ECF system to the Next Generation of CM/ECF ("NextGen") in May 2017. The process will begin on Friday, May 12 at noon MDT and will be completed by Monday, May 15 at 7:00 a.m. MDT. CM/ECF will not be available during that time. Documentation will be posted on this page regarding the court's upgrade and what attorneys need to do to prepare for filing in NextGen.

Denver—Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Neil M. Gorsuch was confirmed to the United States Supreme Court on April 7, 2017. Judge Gorsuch was appointed to the Tenth Circuit on August 8, 2006.

Chief Judge Tymkovich remarked, “Judge Gorsuch has been an integral member of the Court for over ten years. The Circuit has benefited from his undeniable intellect, work ethic, and collegiality and he will be greatly missed. On behalf of all of his Tenth Circuit colleagues, I offer my congratulations to Judge Gorsuch on his confirmation to the Supreme Court.”

KANSAS CITY - The current 14-year term of office of Robert D. Berger, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Kansas at Kansas City, Kansas, is due to expire on October 15, 2017. The United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit is presently considering whether to reappoint Judge Berger to a new 14-year term of office.
