The 2016 Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure and Tenth Circuit Local Rules have been posted. Please note there are no Fed. R. App. P. changes this year. The revised and updated local rules take effect January 1, 2016. The new rules can be found below:
Denver, CO – Today Honorable Timothy M. Tymkovich became Chief Judge of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. On September 30, 2015 a ceremony was held at the Byron White U.S. Courthouse in Denver, Colorado marking Judge Tymkovich’s elevation to Chief Judge.
On Friday, September 4, the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit appointed Honorable Kevin R. Anderson to the bankruptcy bench for the District of Utah.
The United States Bankruptcy Appellate Panel of the Tenth Circuit (BAP) is pleased to announce the appointment of Judge Janice Miller Karlin as its new Chief Judge effective September 4, 2015.
