Copy Request Options

• Payment in advance is required. All checks/money orders should be made payable to: Clerk, U.S. Court of Appeals.
• There is a 48-hour turnaround time on all requests.
• Opinions or Order and Judgments are 50¢ per page, not to exceed $10.
• Copies made by court personnel are 50¢ per page.
• Documents printed from the public access terminal are 10¢ per page.
• Certification fee is $11 per document. A certified copy is stamped, signed, and embossed with U.S. Court of Appeals seal.
• There is a $64 fee for retrieval of documents from the Federal Records Center.
• There is a $39 fee for each additional box requested from the Federal Records Center.
