The Court's electronic filing system (ECF) will be offline starting at 6:30 p.m. (MDT) on Friday, May 19, 2023 for completion of required software upgrades and testing. CM/ECF will be back online before Monday, May 22, 2023. Given the advance notice of this outage, electronic filers should endeavor to complete all May 19 filings prior to 6:30 p.m. MDT. This outage will, however, be considered a "technical failure" and all filings due May 19 that were not filed solely due to the scheduled outage shall be due the next business day. See 10th Cir. R. 25.7. Any delayed filings shall be accompanied by a declaration or affidavit attesting to and describing the filer’s failed attempts to file electronically.
