Lawmakers this week approved a plan to create the nation's first white collar crime offender registry, to include the photos, names and aliases of the state's major Ponzi-type players. The minimally invasive list would include perpetrators of second-degree felony level white collar crimes, particularly affinity fraud, said Reyes. Read more here.
