Tenth Circuit CJA Policies and Procedures

Effective July 20, 2015, all Tenth Circuit appellate CJA vouchers must be prepared and submitted electronically via eVoucher.

Effective July 8, 2015, important changes were made to the Tenth Circuit's CJA Plan. Notably, the Court has amended the Plan to require all CJA trial counsel to file either a motion to withdraw or a motion to continue appointment 14 days after an appeal is opened. FAQs regarding the new procedure can be found below. In addition, the court has amended the practice and procedure for appointing attorneys to the CJA Appellate Panel. Those procedures are explained in the court's General Order dated June 22 and in the Plan itself.  You can also find those documents in the pdf included on this page.
